Who we are

LDM is an integrated PR, marketing and event management firm with a difference. Established by Lesley Davidson in 2002, we have been delivering a dynamic mix of marketing, communication and event services since our inception. As a result, LDM has developed a small, but expert team, with the capability to deliver multi-channel PR campaigns, marketing and brand strategies and high level corporate events.

As a small firm, we pride ourselves on the close, long-term working relationships we have built with our client base. We take a holistic approach to our customer relationships and work with our clients to develop bespoke strategies unique to their organisation.


Lesley Davidson

Lesley has over 25 years' experience in delivering marketing, PR and event solutions to both small and large organisations. She began her career in the media sector, working for broadsheet newspapers, regional TV and radio broadcasters.

Prior to forming LDM in 2002, Lesley was Marketing Manager for Northsound Radio in Aberdeen.

During her 10 years there, she launched the successful Northsound Business Dinner and charity, "Cash for Kids", the latter raising considerable sums of money for the well-worthy cause. In addition to engaging the business folk of Aberdeen to part with their cash for good causes, she also organised events for locals, including Northsound Fashion Show and an array of 'Free' concerts.

On setting up LDM, it was Lesley's ambition to create an agency which took an integrated approach to Marketing, PR and Events. She has worked with clients on major projects, such as RGIT Montrose's move to new premises, corporate events for BP, Endeavour and EnQuest, and Stewart Milne's sponsorship and seminar at the Ideal Home Show in London.

However, she has also been keen to support social enterprises, undertaking marketing and PR for Aberdeenshire Housing Partnership and the North East Work Skills Project. She continues to work closely with the North East for the social and economic benefit of the community.
